User agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the use of the Site's features and the general conditions for the possible provision of Services between Sole Proprietor "Horbatok Anatoliy Fedorovych" registered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine with EDRPOU 3066512199, whose information is entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Owner"), on the one hand, and individuals and/or legal entities that have accepted the terms of this Agreement by joining it in full and without any reservations (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site User"), on the other hand, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and separately as the "Party".

This Agreement and the relationship between the Parties arising from this Agreement are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

General provisions

In this document and in the relations between the Parties arising from it, the following terms and definitions are used:
- Site Owner / Site - an Internet site located in the domain ​https://ai-assistants.pro/ and its subdomains.
- Agreement - this agreement with all additions and changes.
- Administration / Representative of the Site, Site Owner - a person authorized by the Site Owner to perform actions provided for by the Agreement.
- Visitor - any person who has visited the Site and is on it, using its properties to familiarize themselves with the content posted on the Site.
- User - a capable individual who has joined this Agreement in their own interests or on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity they represent.

Any visitor to the Site may, at their own discretion, fill out the form provided for this purpose and become a User.

The Site contains information and materials about services that may be provided to the User in the future in the event of the conclusion of a real Contract for the provision of services.

If a physical person has registered as a User on behalf of a legal entity that has authorized them to do so, this means that the legal entity accepts the Agreement in full, with all the consequences that follow from this.

In particular, when using the Site, the User is not entitled to impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient grounds for doing so, including employees of the Site, as well as to use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the Internet, and also to mislead Users, the Site and its representatives regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects.

In the event of a violation of rights and/or interests in connection with the use of the Site, including by another User, the Administration/Representative of the Site must be notified in writing, by telephone, with a detailed description of the circumstances of the violation and/or a hyperlink to the page containing the materials by which the relevant rights and/or interests of the Site are violated.

Intellectual rights

All objects accessible through the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds, and other objects placed within the Site, are the exclusive property of the Site and other copyright holders. The Site provides the User with the right to functional use of the Site within its general functional capabilities.

Using the Site in other ways, including by copying (reproducing) the Content posted on the Site, as well as the design elements, computer programs, and databases that make up the Site, their decompilation, modification, and subsequent distribution, public display, bringing to the attention of all, is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise provided by this Agreement and the contracts concluded.

The User is not entitled to reproduce, repeat, and copy, sell, as well as use for any commercial purposes any parts of the Site (including the Content available to the User through Applications), or access to them, except in cases where the User has received such permission from the Site/ Site Owners, or when this is directly provided for by additional documents (Contracts, Applications, etc.).

The use by the User of the Site, as well as the Content posted on it, for personal non-commercial use is allowed provided that all laws on copyright protection, related rights, trademarks, and other notices of authorship are observed, the name (or pseudonym) of the author/rights holder is preserved in an unchanged form, and the relevant object is preserved in an unchanged form. Exceptions are cases directly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine or additional documents on the use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to Internet sites (third-party sites). The specified third parties and their content are not checked by the Site for compliance with any requirements (reliability, completeness, legality, etc.). The Site is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites to which the User gains access in connection with the use of the Site, as well as for the availability of such sites or information and the consequences of their use by the User.

A link (in any form) to any site, product, service, any commercial or non-commercial information posted on the Site is not an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by the Site, except in cases where the Site explicitly indicates this.

Notifications

The Site Owner/Administration/Representative of the site has the right to send the User informational electronic messages about events occurring within the framework of the Site or in connection with it to the email address, phone number, or link to a page in social networks specified by them.

Final provisions

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. All possible disputes arising from the relations regulated by this Agreement are resolved in the manner established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

If for any reason one or several provisions of this Agreement are declared invalid or without legal force, this does not mean that the remaining provisions of the Agreement are invalid or inapplicable.

The temporary inaction of the Site in case of a violation by the User or other Users of the provisions of the Agreements does not deprive the Site of the right to take corresponding actions in protection of its interests later, and also does not mean that the Site has waived its rights in case of committing similar or similar violations in the future.

All disputes under the Agreement or in connection with it are subject to review by the court at the location of the Site in accordance with the current procedural legislation of Ukraine.

This Agreement is drawn up in the English language.
